THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of vehicle listings or user information
- The quality, safety, or legality of vehicles listed
- That you will find a suitable swap partner
- The completion or success of any vehicle transaction
7. Limitation of Liability
AutoSwapr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any transactions between users
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
- Any third-party content or conduct
8. Vehicle Transactions
All vehicle swaps, trades, or transactions are conducted solely between users. You are responsible for:
